The shower pressure needs serious improvement!!! Housekeeping service is painfully slow, which can be frustrating after a long day. the bathroom designs are poorly thought out, leading to a messy experience while showering!!!

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and resolved the car parking issue promptly, which greatly enhanced my experience. The room was clean and spacious. the breakfast area was quite chaotic, with long waits for tables and noisy morning cleaning staff, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

i had a lovely stay at holiday inn express. the staff were friendly and greeted me with smiles, which created a welcoming vibe. the hotel is super close to the campsite for the victorious festival, so getting to the shuttle buses was a breeze. really appreciated the kindness of the bartender who made me a pizza when the kitchen had closed!

I spent a night here and it was pretty good. The location was ideal for what I needed. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the self-service bacon and sausage! Only thing, bar food was a bit pricey, like I got garlic bread when I expected naan with my curry. a solid choice!

The carpet in hallways shows signs of wear and could use a refresh. it doesn’t quite fit the otherwise inviting atmosphere.

the holiday inn express has a good location, close to the city and major roads. the room was perfect for our family, accommodating two adults and one child. the staff at reception were really friendly and helpful, enhancing our stay. everything about our room was clean and spacious too.

I enjoyed my stay with spacious rooms and a practical style, and being based here meant a quick stroll to the stunning Farlington Marshes Wildlife Reserve and just a little further to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, where I loved exploring the naval history. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean, making this a great choice for weekend explorations, but the breakfast could use better organization during busy hours.
